What We Do
ACCEL will contribute to the region’s partnership ecosystem, develop and engage emerging leaders, establish a human library of skilled emerging leaders and provide first-voice emerging leader perspective at the system level.
How It Works
ACCEL members, sponsored by their CEO, complete an onboarding survey to determine areas of strength and interest. Every ACCEL member, known as an “ACCELerator”, contributes 20 hours to the ACCEL time share program. Participants will be invited to participate in regular events and professional development opportunities.

ACCEL is an opportunity to connect with your peers at the system level through monthly quarterly and annual activities. Members are encouraged to make the most of their involvement by participating in the organization and execution of ACCEL initiatives throughout the year.

Kayla Partridge is a credit-union system die-hard. The last co-op term of her degree was with East Coast Credit Union and she has not left since! Kayla is always involved with her credit union and community – serving on the ACCEL executive team as a resource for professional development, she has a passion for ensuring everyone is equipped with the tools they need to do their best work! Kayla is highly experienced in project management, digital solutions, business & commercial banking, public relations, and general operations. Bringing her high-energy and go-get-it attitude, Kayla is more than happy to lend a helping hand wherever needed.
A mover-and-shaker by birthright, Shannon Kennedy has been working in the Marketing & Communications field since 2016. Shannon is highly experienced in event management and execution, media relations, and social media management. Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, a Certificate in Marketing, and a Certificate in Project Management, Shannon brings her knowledge, high energy, and quick problem-solving skills to any task.
